”Sport has the amazing power to break down barriers and build relationships when used in the right way. It has the ability to become a common language amongst a group of individuals who otherwise would have difficulty communicating. Being on tour we use soccer as our language to communicate our faith in God and to spread his love to everyone we encounter. I am beyond blessed and thankful to be able to use the game I love and be surrounded by incredible individuals who want to achieve a common goal – which is to use sport to inspire young girls around the world to continue to grow in their sport, their self esteem and self respect and most importantly grow in their relationship and faith with and in God.”
